Agreement
By accessing or using Instappa (instappa.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Instappa provides
Instappa offers browser-based tools that resolve public social media URLs into downloadable media links for supported Instagram URLs. Features may change or be unavailable for specific URLs, formats, or regions.
Trademark and independence
Instappa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social platform listed on this site. Instagram and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.
Authorized use only
You agree to use Instappa only for content you have the right to access and download. That means:
- Do not download copyrighted material without permission from the rights holder
- Do not use Instappa to harass, impersonate, or violate another person's privacy
- Do not attempt to access private, restricted, or login-gated content
- Comply with the terms of the platform that hosts the original content
Instappa is a technical convenience tool. We do not grant copyright licenses, and we are not responsible for how you use downloaded files.
Public URLs and service limits
The service supports publicly accessible links only. Private accounts, deleted posts, geo-blocked items, and DRM-protected streams are outside scope.
Download quality and availability depend on what each platform exposes. Instappa may stop working temporarily or permanently for some URL types when platforms change their systems.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Automate requests in a way that overloads or disrupts the service (scraping, bulk bots)
- Circumvent rate limits, bot checks, or security controls
- Reverse engineer, probe, or attack our infrastructure
- Resell or misrepresent Instappa as an official product of any social platform
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
We may throttle, block, or refuse requests that appear abusive or that violate these terms.
No warranty
Instappa is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of resolved media.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instappa and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the service — including failed downloads, platform changes, or third-party content issues.
Third-party services and links
Instappa relies on third-party infrastructure and may display third-party advertisements. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on analytics, ads, and bot protection.
Changes to the service and terms
We may modify features, supported platforms, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
