The best way to reach us is hanska@instappa.com. Instappa is maintained by Hanska. Please do not send Instagram passwords, login codes, session cookies, or other private Instagram account data — we will never ask for them, and our tools do not use them.
What to include for support
For download or product issues, a short message with the following helps us respond usefully:
- The tool you used (video, Reels, image, carousel, audio, Stories, or profile picture)
- Whether the Instagram link is public (do not paste private-account credentials)
- What you expected versus what happened (error message text if you saw one)
- Browser and device type when relevant
Before emailing, check link won't resolve and public vs private — many failures are visibility or expiry limits, not site bugs.
Corrections
If you spot an inaccurate guide, outdated limit, or misleading product claim, email us with the page URL and the correction. We review factual issues and update pages when the evidence supports a change.
Privacy questions
For privacy-related requests or questions about how submitted URLs and site data are handled, see our Política de privacidad and email hanska@instappa.com with enough detail for us to identify the request. Do not include passwords or private Instagram data.
Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe content on Instappa (for example, a guide, screenshot, or page text) infringes your rights, or you need to discuss a rights-related concern about how the site is described, email us with:
- Your name and contact email
- A description of the material and the Instappa URL where it appears
- A statement of the rights you hold and the action you are requesting

Partnership inquiries
For press, collaboration, or other partnership messages, email hanska@instappa.com with a brief description of your organization and proposal. We review messages as capacity allows and may decline opportunities that conflict with our public-link-only product scope.
Response expectations
We read every message and aim to reply when a response is needed. Timing varies with volume and complexity — we do not promise a fixed turnaround window. Urgent legal or copyright notices are prioritized over general product questions when we can identify them clearly.
