Instagram Download Not Working? Here Is How to Fix It
Use this checklist when Instappa or another Instagram downloader returns errors, empty results, or blocked downloads. These fixes apply to public reels, posts, and TV links only.
Quick fixes (try these first)
- Open the post in a private/incognito window. If it does not load publicly, download tools cannot resolve it.
- Re-copy the link from Instagram's share menu (not from browser address bar on redirect pages).
- Paste into Instappa Instagram downloader and click Download once.
- If pop-up blockers prevent the file tab, click the fallback "Open download" button when shown.
Error-specific fixes
resolver_timeout
Instagram or the resolver was slow. Wait 15 seconds and retry the same public URL.
resolver_no_media
The post may be private, deleted, geo-restricted, or not a supported media URL format.
session_invalid
Refresh the page, complete the security check, and submit again.

Why is there no audio in my download?
